About myself:
Hello, My name is Ruthie Swanson. I got into travel because I have been all over the world. If you ask me where I want to go next, I usually say everywhere. The world changes so much I could travel my entire life and never get bored. This passion is something I am able to bring to the trips I plan for other people. I want people to live life to the fullest, for me travel and seeing other cultures and being a part of celebrations and having experiences that can be once in a lifetime is an important ingredient to a full life.

When I’m not traveling or at work I take advantage of southern California’s music, museums, food scene, and theater. I also live on sail boat with my pug.

Favorite Quote:
“Live! Life's a banquet and most poor suckers are starving to death!”- Rosalind Russell (Auntie Mame)

Why I enjoy being a travel specialist or work for a travel agency:
I get very excited for people about to take a trip or have a new experience. I love that I get to be a big part of that and help them make a dream come true or cross an item off a bucket list. It’s my favorite part of my job.

My Most Recent Travel:
I was just in Hawaii again, it never gets old.
